DESCRIPTION
This innovative kit lets kids build a working replica of a single-lever trebuchet - one of the most infamous and powerful medieval siege engines!- Uses only wood, rope and leather.
- Pieces are joined by wooden dowels, not screws or nails.
- All pieces are pre-cut and drilled, requiring only white glue to assemble.
- No elastic, rubber, motor or batteries are used to create the movement of the trebuchet's swing arm.
- Trebuchet is capable of hurling a ball of soft modeling clay (included) over 20 feet!
- Instructions are detailed and complete with educational notes.
- Kit takes an hour or two to complete.
- When assembled, the mighty Trebuchet is 26 x 18 x 9 inches.
- Great for imaginative play (fits 1/18 scale figures).
- Includes safety instructions - children are recommended to use only under adult supervision.
