Oops! Did Grandma already purchase this item as a surprise? Do you no longer need the item you purchased? As a part of our loyalty to you, Discover This offers a “no questions asked” returns policy. No matter what the reason, we are happy to assist you with your return.
- You must first contact us for a return authorization number (RA#)
- Items must be unopened, unused, and we must still be able to sell it
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item
- Ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked
- Shipping costs to you are non-refundable; the costs to return the item are your responsibility
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund items that do not meet the above conditions.
Holiday Return Policy conditions:
We have extended our standard 30 day return policy for the holidays. Items ordered as gifts that ship before January 1, 2012 may be returned for a refund until 4:00 pm central time on January 31, 2012. If you are returning an item within the timeline of our Holiday Return Policy, please be sure to follow the same procedures as our standard returns policy.
Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment.

Return Policy for Defective Merchandise
If the item you received has a manufacturing defect or if you received an item different than the one you ordered, please contact customer service (877-589-9109) immediately so we can promptly resolve the issue for you. Upon determining that an item is defective, we will replace it with the identical item at our expense. If the wrong item was shipped to you, we will replace it with the correct item at our expense.
Complete the information below and we will email your RA number and shipping instructions. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully.
