The Perplexus Rookie houses 70 barriers specifically designed for younger minds and smaller hands. Along the expansive maze contained within the clear plastic exterior, users of the Perplexus will have to carefully rotate and twist the puzzle ball as they guide the marble safely through each cleverly situated barrier. While some obstacles may seem simple at first, since this puzzle ball is designed for children four years and up, there are also very clever obstacles that will challenge seasoned maze enthusiasts. Standout barriers include the scary yellow stairs and a terrible tube slide, but once the marble maze is successfully completed, the ball will sit comfortably in the igloo at the end of the puzzle ball track. If the marble falls, then simply start the maze again.
Younger kids can now face the challenges of this creative marble maze with a Perplexus designed just for them. The Perplexus Rookie provides high-level engagement in an activity free from electronics; there are no batteries required, no assembly, and children can pick it up immediately for hours of challenging fun. This marble maze not only brings the strategy of traditional 2D mazing to the next level, but it also offers a kinesthetic activity that builds logical thinking skills, hand eye coordination, and increases an understanding of special awareness and physics. Our only precaution is that you avoid using the Perplexus Rookie yourself. Once you attempt moving through the series of barriers, you will not want to put it down until you successfully reach the end of the marble maze.
