his LogiVillain robot lives in LogiCity in the year 4371, and he was mis-programmed in the Neural Network Center (NNC) where all LogiMen are made. This means that he is always doing naughty things and giving the police in LogiCity loads of extra work to do.

• When a light beam like the LogiCop's bright light unit activates his light sensor, his evil red eyes flash and he can be caught.
• Using his strong magnetic feet, he can hang upside down to make his escape.
• Swap his head with other LogiMen to disguise him.

He also works with other Logiblocs parts and kits and can be incorporated into other projects.
