Shipping Information
Product AvailabilityProducts are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held until the out-of-stock item is back in stock. You will be notified via email of any delays and given a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment.
When will my order ship out?
For in-stock items:
Standard shipping--order before 6 a.m. EST for order to be shipped the same business day.
Express shipping--order before 3 p.m. EST for order to be shipped the same business day.
When can I expect to receive my order?
See our estimated delivery schedule. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items. Your credit card will not be charged until the items are shipped to you.

To ensure that you receive your package, a signature is required on all FedEx shipments so be sure that someone is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. We recommend shipping to a business address. We cannot be responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. |

Express Shipping within the United States
| We also ship FedEx 3 Day, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Next Day, FedEx Next Day-Saturday Delivery. Delivery time is based on business days; weekends are not included. Express shipping charges are based on the package weight and destination zip code. To ensure that you receive your package, a signature is required on all FedEx Express (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) shipments so be sure that someone is available at the shipping address during delivery hours. Shipping to International Destinations
International rates are automatically pulled up when you select Standard-International as the shipping method in the shopping cart checkout. Shipment is via USPS Global Priority Mail, FedEx International Priority or Global Express Mail and delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days. Any tax/customs/duty is the responsibility of the customer.

We observe the following holidays and orders will not be shipped out on these days:
