I bought this kit almost a year ago. The seeds took forever to germinate,but I have a very large patch of Sundews and only one Flytrap... and it's tiny. I have it under a grow light but the plants are just not getting bigger. Sundews should have gotten bigger. They grow quite rapidly...

This was such a disappointment. I followed the directions to the letter and nothing happened. Carnivorous plants are very difficult to grow from seed,especially indoors and especially in a terrarium. (Mold growth kills the seedlings.) They should really take this off the market.

I bouhgt this plant set 6 months ago. The box makes it look easy to grow and fun. Then when you open it up,it gives you a big instruction booklet and informs you that you must put the seeds in the fridge for 3 months to make them think its winter and then if hey sprout you must buy special grow lights for them and you also must water them with distilled water...The seed packet had microscopic seeds in it too. If you do buy this product,save the box and receipt.

It takes some patience to get these growing,but that is a great learning experience for my kid. Very cool plants.

I,GOT THE KIT. I PUT THE PACK OF SEED'S IN THE FRIDGE. LIKE IT SED 2 DO. IT GROW IN ONE MOUNTH THAN PLANT IT. IT'S STILL HOLDING ON,,,BUT THE ONE WITH NO FRIDG NEEDED. IT TULK 6 WEEK'S TO GROW BUT JUST ONE SEED POPT UP THAN DIED AFTER 3 WEEK'S. THE ONE FOR FRIDG ONE POPT UP STILL HOLDING. BUT IN ALL JUST 2 SEED'S GROW. BUT I STILL HAVE TIME FOR THE REST TO GROW. I GOT THE KIT IN NOVEBER OF 2008 FROM A FREND I LIKE THE'S PLANT'S (FOLLOW PLANT BOOKLET CARFULY AND YOUR ON YOUR WAY WITH A PET PLANT) GOOD LUCK TO ALL THAT HAVE ONE PLEAS BE PASHUNT IT WILL WORK OUT .... I DON'T HAVE PASHUNT'S BUT I GOT THEW IT.
